Did you get a dialog box specifying some (error) condition? Did your support person ask you to mail the exact message text?

There are a few options for you:

• You could use Ctrl+Print Screen to copy your entire screen, past it into a .bmp, save the picture and attach it to your mail.
  This will give you a rather large attachment file, like eg. about 2.25 MB when using a resolution of 1024x768 pixels with a 24 bit color depth!

• You could use Alt+Print Screen to copy only the current active window, ie. the dialog box and attach it. Obviously your mail-attachment will be less in size.

• You could however also use Ctrl+C on the active dialog box window.
  Now open Notepad and Paste. You will have only all textual information from the dialog box in pure text format. Save the text file and send it along.
